I love Disney stories. Good magic, adventure, true love and happily ever after. Not so happy for everyone. Has Villains and bad magic. This Disney tale with a twist was a great read. Story has a lovely under the sea description and a look after the sea message. I recommend reading or watching the original Disney story first. In this case, Disney, The little Mermaid. You don't have to but this way you will see the twist and I found the book more enjoyable. This is a children's book but as an adult I find they are better written and more enjoyable to read. There is sometimes a lot of backwards and forwards with characters and time lines in the stories. This could be a bit confusing at first but makes the story more interesting. There are more Disney A Twisted Tale books. There is no order to read them in. I will be reading more of these Disney. A twisted tale books.
