Description

How a nutrient-rich diet leads to better performance and long-term health. There is an imbalance in our food systems and diets that means we lack the vital nutrients needed to sustain our modern lives. Food and soil quality have declined while processed food, toxins and stress levels have risen. Yet while the science can be complex, the answers are straightforward: instead of reaching for supplements, we need to make better food choices. Nutritional therapist Sarah Bayliss has changed the lives of countless clients. Now she shares her expertise and a simple 5-week plan (that can be revisited at any time). Instead of complicated recipes, she encourages you to make simple adjustments to your diet: just one thing a week. With beautiful photography, expert advice, and top tips, Do Nourish provides an easy-to-maintain, long-term solution to your health and wellbeing. Make small changes. Nourish yourself with food that builds resilience. Then go and Do.
