The end is here. Back in Towers City, Tyler Zane is coping with the loss of Jason just as a strange phenomenon rears its ugly head. Ordinary citizens are manifesting powers and some are transforming into bloodthirsty monsters. It' a race against time as Tyler trie to figure out what is causing the crisis and hopefully a way to stop it before it's too late and the insanity that is tearing Towers City apart breaks out all over the world. Surreel has retreated to a pocket dimension of his own creation with Negative. He aims to attach his world to the Interversal Web but his actions are disrupting the multi-verse and doors that were locked are opening and some things that were never meant to be freed are getting out.
