Angela Steel, the 'Healthy Habit Engineer', is a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist by training. She specialises in corporate nutrition and nutrition-centred employee wellness, empowering people to optimise their potential by making well-informed adjustments to their diet and lifestyle. Drawing on her previous life experience as a senior manager in the IT industry for many years, combined with a love of tasty and healthy recipes, Angela takes a down to earth approach to healthy eating. She is the founder of SuperWellness, a corporate health and wellbeing company specialising in workplace nutrition programmes. The SuperWellness nutrition challenge covers topics such as healthy metabolism, Nutrition for brain health and improving stress resilience through nutrition. It has resulted in outstanding measurable benefits and enthusiastic feedback from employees and employers alike.
