Lead author John Curtas has been covering the Las Vegas restaurant scene since 1995--for 15 years as a restaurant/critic commentator on KNPR-Nevada Public Radio and also as a critic for Las Vegas Life, CityLife, and Las Vegas Weekly magazines. Greg Thilmont is one of Las Vegas' top food critics, specializing in the city's vibrant non-casino dining scene. Mitchell Wilburn is also one of Las Vegas' top food critics, specializing in the city's vibrant non-casino dining scene. They all live in Las Vegas.
