Had this headset for a month or 2 now and the cord is already playing up. I need to hold it in a specific angle just to use it:( Haven’t dropped the headset or even stood on the cord. Highly disappointed for the money it’s worth

The sound quality and comfort of the headset itself is great. The mic itself is also good at eliminating background noise and your voice comes through clear… However I've only owned this headset for 3 months and the mic has stopped working at random intervals. I need to flick it onto mute and back off again so that it will pick my voice up. It's a bit of a bummer to be honest since everything else about the headset was so great.

This is so frustrating! Great sound quality but good luck with the mic. I've looked up fixes and the mic doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason to it. It was working in game chat but I switch to party chat (on Xbox Series S) and nope stops working, switch back to game chat… Also stops working. This has happened twice already, I just got it today. Can't talk to anyone and have to order a new headset. I would highly recommend buying a different headset with a guarantee that'll do what it's supposed to. This product isn't worth the headache.
