I really like this vacuum. It is easy to use and set up even if you've never seen a robot vacuum before, and it actually does a good job cleaning. I expected that I would still have to run around with a bigger vacuum but it picks up a lot of dust and makes my carpet feel nice to walk on. I like the remote and how you can set it to go at a certain time too! All you have to do is make sure there are no cables or things it can get tangled in on the ground, and clean the dust out after each use (which is easy because it just pops out the back), and every now and then remove the hair that gets tangled in the brush (also easy because it pops off and you can just cut the hair and bin it). I don't even have to get out of bed in the morning and it cleans the floor for me, and it isn't too noisy so I can watch videos/study while it vacuums around and under the bed. I am satisfied with this purchase and recommend this product to anyone else who hates cleaning or is busy to run a vacuum around every other day.

We got Bruce (what we call him) during the black Friday sale. My family were sceptical but are now converts. I am rather embarrassed by how much he collects, but also delighted. Dog fur is sucked in bigger quantities than I realised was even there. The edge cleaning is moderately good. We do have to keep stuff off the floors for him to be efficient but the bonus is a tidier house. We do use him more than a standard vacuum – most days he is out working for an hour or two. I just wish they could invent an automatic retractable hose to get in the gaps he is to big for and skirting boards. The dogs pretty much ignore him unless they need to move out of the way. The volume is quieter than my hair dryer.

This thing pulls out so much crud from the carpets around here, even with a cat who sheds like it's his job, no issue for this lil guy. It's great. No issues with our rugs as long as they've got solid edges, and does a good job on carpets and hardwood
