Roberto Regalado is a leading Cuban political analyst and editor of the quarterly journal Contexto Latinoamericano published by Ocean Sur. He is the author of Latin America at the Crossroads (America Latina entre siglos), Encuentros y desencuentros de la izquierda latinoamericana and America Latina Hoy.
