Description

Excerpt from Franciscan Herald, Vol. 2: January, 1914 Joseph Delbrouck, the hero of this sketch, was born on Saturday, May 14, 1870, at Boirs, near Liege, Belgium. On the same day he was baptized in the parish church, which was dedicated to St. Lam bert, Martyr. In a booklet of blessed memories, as he called them, Joseph later made a special note of the fact that he was born and baptized on the day and in the month, dedicated to the blessed Mother.
