Author Biography:

Peter J. Klein , CFA, is Senior Vice President of Investments for UBS Financial Services where he and his team develop financial plans for individuals and small institutions and proactively steward their capital through the capital markets. Klein holds a BA in economics and an MBA in finance, is a member of CFA Institute and The New York Society of Security Analysts, and sits on several not-for-profit boards. Brian R. Iammartino is Vice President of Westport Point Capital, a private real estate investment fund. His previous experience includes positions at The Blackstone Group and the not-for-profit organization TeachersCount. Iammartino holds a BS summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he concentrated in finance and accounting, and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government.
