Pretty impressed with the sound and build quality, definitely plenty of bang for your buck!

Purchased this on Friday showed up Saturday wasn't expecting much considering it's only 150$ but my God this sound bar has better sound quality and bass than most 500–600$ sound bars out there, I worked in retail for a couple of years and this gorilla sound bar is exceptional quality for the value.

There seems to be a trend for movies in general to have super loud atmospheric music, yet the actors simply mumble through the script. It was difficult to watch having to constantly adjust the volume, but this soundbar solved all these problems & more. Dialogue is now crisp and the different preset profiles adjust the sound depending on what you're watching / listening to. Lots of input options too, including bluetooth which is nice to see.

Purchased this soundbar with a 50" Kogan TV which had a reputation as having a terrible sound (it was horrendous!!) I couldn't get the soundbar to go though for first couple days through HDMI, USB or RCA etc so frustrating, I had to buy an Optical Audio Cable separately (was not included) and wait for that to arrive, plugged that in and it worked straight away and sounds absolutely fantastic!! Am very pleased with it, do highly recommend buying one if you are considering buying a Kogan TV :-)

Great bass, sound and price. From movies to music, this is a great addition to my setup. Only problem is when using Bluetooth, if nothing is playing for a little while and is resumed playing again it plays and pauses repeatedly, where the only way to fix it is to turn it off and on again. Other than that, love it!

Decent sound and quality, especially for the low price it’s at. Definitely worth it. Great for gaming, sports & movies. Far better than the standard built in TV speakers, with some actual bass and nice crisp sound to this bar. 10/10

Very impressed with the bang for your buck with this soundbar. The sound quality is great for what you're paying, and the system is very fast turning on, changing inputs, connecting to Bluetooth etc.

I saved a lot of money on buying a sound bar. This thing is worth every penny. Sound is so crisp and clear. You can even increase the bass through the remote.

I bought this for my upstairs TV, wanting to keep my nice Sony Soundbar for the bedroom. The Gorilla soundbar is now in the bedroom because, quite frankly, its better. Deep rich sound, excellent connectivity, the casing ‘feels’ cheap, but it does NOT sound or perform cheaply. This hammers my $500 Sony sound bar easily. I can't see anyone regretting this purchase.

Was expecting cheap and cheerful, but it far exceeded that, easy setup, good size remote and the sound quality that I can happily live with on a daily bases.

Easy to use and definitely sounds better than the actual tv – can hear it in the heavy rain!

Yes I purchased this yesterday works really well managed to get it up and running can't complain for the price and great quality money well spent .

I was pretty suspicious of this sound bar considering the price. After using it however, I am unbelievably impressed with this thing! It easily rivals Samsung and Sony sound bars. I have it paired with my LG 65” C3 TV and it has been epic. Great bass tone, clarity on both sides, clear vocals and so much better to listen to compared to my TV speakers. I highly recommend this – it beats out most other fancier sound bars.

Great stuff for everyone

With a bit of tweaking of the settings and I found playing music on “movie” setting played awesome. Obviously doesn’t come with a sub, but really doesn’t need one. It has great bass for this Soundbar, Great deal for sure.

Awesome sound bar. Nice bass and clear mids. Not too tinny. I was going to get the sub woofer with it, glad I didn't as I it's quite bassy without it. Easy to install.

Im so happy I bought this, I got the gorilla tv I wasnt expecting fantastic sound from it so I got the matching sound bar and it sounds soooo much better, really smooth and so much louder than I expected!! easy to use and design is nice

Love it, arrived fast, clear voice sounds and can be a bit basey. Comes with remote and has other options than just aux. I didn't expect it to be longer than 40cm , well done mighty ape. Good bang for your buck.

Easy to set up, good bass and very clear. Works perfect with he 55 gorilla tv. The tv has shit soind quality but this fixed it. Worth the money & its cheap.as aswell

Ive been looking for a decent low priced soundbar for months. This one is easy to set up has great sound and comes with remote and batteries, wall mounts and even an instruction book. Ive connected using an optical cable, very clear sound and definately fills a standard size loungeroom, worth every cent. Shipping was fast too from New Zealand to Sydney Australia in 4 days.

This Soundbar is great for a small room or living room. Another good alternative to use instead of the TV speakers. Arrived in 3 days. Mighty Ape never lets me down. I’ve been buying from Mighty Ape since 2011 never disappoints.

I have a TV that sound is produced from the side, the Soundbar aims the sound straight at me…so much richer and the clarity is really good!

The 1st one I received was dead on arrival. Replacement seems to be working fine so far

Manage to hook it up to my 65" inch Phillps tv , some configurations need but the sound is alright … Might need to do a few more adjustments. Also u can't really tell the volume level as there is no indicator on the control or screen.

A poor quality soundbar with very poor sound

This soundbar is great for its price ! Bought a brand new tv and the sound from this soundbar is worlds apart, watching movies and listening to music is great now ! Easy to setup.

This soundbar is actually really very good, and a much better price than some others on the market. It has optical audio input, and the sound quality is crisp clear with great range.

I have a plasma tv so I had to buy an optical cable. 2m, $11.95 from The Warehouse. Works great. It's perfect for our small 2 bedroom house. It's not the loudest or as bassy but for our small home it's just right. It does have good bass and volume enough to annoy the neighbours a little bit lol Feels like we're at the movies. Devices connect via bluetooth with ease. I definitely recommend!

Purchased this as a gift to my parents who have a hard time hearing their TV and love to enjoy background music while doing life admin around the house. It has apparently improved their movie watching experience and use it all the time. Very easy to set up!

Sound quality is terrific, I will admit I didn't use it for a long time as the delay when using Bluetooth drove me crazy, however having rejigged the set up a bit and when it's wired into my PC it's brilliant

This is a gift so can’t vouch for how it works just yet but was I really impressed with how quickly it shipped. Disappointed to see its has a huge discount applied the day after I purchased it 😩 but I guess that’s just bad luck!

This sound bar is an absolute weapon for the money. Nice crisp clean sound, and decent bass for a 120w 2 channel. I doubt there would be any comparable sound bar for under $350.

Excellent sound and easy to setup.

Sound wise it is very good. Decent bass, clear treble for dialogue. Mids are a little hollow but a bit of EQ sorts that out. Great for movies, will fill a room. HDMI ARC & optical are nice features. Bluetooth is reliable with a real world range of about 6–7 meters (of course this will vary). Only gripe is the little LED indicator can be hard to see, making it difficult to determine which input is selected, but easy to work around.

Was worried because not many other places sell it. But it is a great product with good a sound. You can tweak the bass and treble with one button as well as use the presets Movie, Music and Dialogue. Really impressed with it and saved heaps over branded products. No issues with syncing.

Usually you get what you pay for, but this soundbar produces clear and loud sound. It packs some decent punch in the low end, too. Setup was simple, as is the remote. Can't fault it.

Like many I'd read the reviews and was hopeful. It goes without saying that an audiophile isn't going to like the sound but for the price, this sound bar is pretty hard to beat. Very happy with the purchase.
