Ok I reviewd this when it arrived and it didn't work with the original controller of the series x.So I ordered a new xbox controller and it works perfectly maybe there's been a small change to the newer controller but I'm glad its working.

"A Cheap Option"

Unfortunately, this unit is the 2nd system that I have bought, yes I bought the Numbskull version of this Charging System and it doesn't fully charge my Battery's on the charger, the Red Light switch's to Green only after a couple of minutes. But the Battery is not charged fully, only when I use cable directly to the Battery, that it fully charges them. This unfortunately is the same deal with this Gorilla Charging System, Red Light changes to Green within Minutes! In saying all of this, it could be my Battery's, yes they were really cheap, as was this Gorilla Charging System, that's why I bought them. I'm unsure that if I had Microsoft/Xbox Branded Battery's, or simply better quality Battery's, that I'd have any issues, I feel that because both Brands of Charging Systems are doing the same thing, that it's purely the quality of Battery's, that are at fault and not the Chargers? I would recommend investing in good Quality Battery's, right from the get go, as I feel both of these Charging Systems would work fine as they are intended.

Doesn't connect correctly so useless

"Not worth it"

Didn’t fit on my controller and didn’t want to hold a charge

"Poor quality lithium"

Bought them with the Xbox X, only had 1 controller so they weren’t consistently being charged. Battery life after 1–2 months only lasted 2–3 hours max! Even my old rechargeables batteries from 2019 still lasted longer than them.

Failed out of the box. Maybe I just got a bad one as neither battery would hold a charge. Tried both direct charge and via the dock. Build quality looks generally OK, just does not function. Also batteries don't fit well in the controller – there's a gap at the top. Wouldn't effect play (if they held a charge) but feels wrong. I have a bunch of Atrix and Powerplay branded ones and they seem a better bet. Spend another $10–15 or so and get a halfway decent one.

Looks good. Helpful for storing your controllers but takes a long time to charge it charges at all

Have this charging kit for about ONE week now. Unfortunately experiencing trouble where the controller will die without warning not long into use- Unsure if this is due to poor fit. I put it down to the controller being one which came with the Xbox when bought so ordered a brand new Xbox x/s controller to find it fits exactly the same (Not flush and you seem to have to jam it in there). A little disappointed but hey, Now I have another controller to sit pretty lol.
