I never wanted to read Harry Potter but needed to see why my non-reading son was enthralled. By the end of chapter one I was gripped. These are my favourite books of all time. I have read them so many times I decided to splurge on this boxed set. The school trunk (cardboard box) is a bonus but the beautiful illustrations – for each chapter of each book – by Mary Grandpre are something special. Truly magical.

Such a nicely presented collector's set of the Harry Potter Books – if you're a true fan, you wouldn't want it any other way.

I have been wanting this set for years! Finally I decided to treat myself for my birthday and get it. So glad I did, I am in LOVE!! The only slight negative thing is that the first book is “The Sorcerer's Stone” not “The Philosopher's Stone”.

I Absolutely love this series and have been wanting the books for a long time but the price had me hesitant.
