Super comfortable, glad I got the adjustable one – I can sit at different desks at home and change the height my feet rest at. The rocking feature is great, it gives a good stretch and reminds me to move. Much more comfortable than the fixed height, hard footrests I use in the office.

I like the diversity of being able to turn the footrest upside down to alternate leg position and facilitate foot and calf exercises. I do find that my chair tends to roll a bit when I have the footrest on the flat side to the floor, this wouldn't be a problem if your chair is not on wheels or is on carpet.

This footrest completely changed my posture and has made the biggest difference to my comfort. Very happy.

The two side rest is fantastic since you can rest or rock your feet back and forth.

Thought it would be good to have a footrest but didn't expect the difference to be this big. Sooo comfy.
