I've had several different brushes and these seem to have the poorest quality. They lose their integrity easily after a few uses. They are relatively inexpensive however.

The Evoco set of brushes allow you to complete your project with a high degree of detail and precision. The brush set is also quite affordable. Great customer service and economical delivery charges.

Although relatively cheap, these aren't really good enough to fulfill even the most basic purposes. I might get some base block colouring out of the larger one. Might.
It wouldn't be fair to judge a $3 brush against something from the Citadel range (for example) – I bought these solely for low-detail large-area paint covering to save my nicer brushes for the intricate work. For that they'll do fine. I would not buy these as your only range of brushes for miniature painting as the bristles will not hold a good shape (appears to lake adhesive near the ferrule).
