I love this book as a nutrition student who believes sugar plays a major role in current health problems globally. This book is quite extreme compared to Sarahs previous ones & I think it would suit more the die hard converts more than the majority of the population looking for ways to simply cut back. However there are some great recipes & ideas for kicking sugar addiction

Easy to follow, HEAPS of recipes, very simple. I've quit sugar but my family haven't – but they haven't complained at any of the meals I've been producing! Highly recommend this cook book for singles, families, couples everyone!
I learnt loads of things I never knew about food.
I love this book! I have been a sugar addict and have found Sarah's books easy to follow, with great advice backed up with facts. This cookbook is full of great healthy, economical recipes. I feel SO much better after 6 weeks sugar free!
This is the best book of food I believe I have ever laid my eyeballs upon – from how to store food safely in the fridge to using every inch of leftovers to feed your whaanau… what more could one ask yes-
So jam-packed with awesome tips and tricks as well as many many wonderful recipes and an ever-present anti-wastage theme – how to be healthy on a budget without sacrificing cool-factor!!
My daughter recommended this book to me, and even after just a quick look I could see why. It's not only comprehensive as far as recipes go, but it's innovative, with the author using her quirky sense of humour to get her ideas and messages across. I've recommended it, and shown it, to several friends, and I'm now about to buy it as a birthday present for my daughter-in-law.
This book has become my bible, absolutely love it.
Lots of interesting recipes to create a whole lifestyle without sugar. I keep coming back for inspiration.
Wishing the layout was a bit neater, but it's an interesting book. Some interesting takes on regular recipes.
