"Very eye opening as to how much sugar I was unaware I was having" Purchased on Mighty Ape

I am now reading labels and making better decisions as to how much sugar I wish to have, bypassing certain every day foods I was having that had way too much sugar. I think Yoghurt was the biggest surprise. I am down to 6 to 9 teaspoons of sugar a day by watching the number of grams per serving in the food I eat.
