I've never read a Dan Brown novel I didn't like, but Inferno may well be the best of them all. Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon is back, and is again following clues from an ancient work to solve another mystery. ‘Inferno’ features mostly the same mystery format and writing that made the 3 previous Langdon novels so popular, but it also feels a little more realistic. The tinfoil hat-like conspiracy vibes are much less prevalent, and the premise is completely valid, and in fact seems like something that could indeed happen. I can't really say much more without starting to ramble and give away plot points other than this: this is a fantastic novel, well written, well paced, with real, dynamic characters, well-ballanced realistic dialogue, and is incredibly hard to put down. It's my favourite Dan Brown novel yet.

Still reading but Dan Browns books are worth five stars for sure. There is always something that keeps you guessing at every turn of the page.
Big shoes to fill with the other 2 books
Dan Brown has written a terrific book – right to the finish – believable, intelligent fiction. Difficult to put down.
Not as good as the last three books – but still a good read.
I think its better than the others, I could not put it down. A great read
Made me really interested in the history the book is based on
