Who of us is so fortunate as'to have a Class of patients that would not at once question a bill which included a charge for professional advice, although the advice, if faithfully followed, might result in saving to the patient future expense, annoyance and pain, to say nothing of the value and satisfaction of having a sound tooth, or teeth, as compared with mended ones.
