The second book in the series follows on from where the first book left off. Desperate to put right all that has gone wrong since the evil Lupas came to Earth, Julie and her friends go in search of a powerful entity, the Tempest, which is feared by the Lupas and worshiped by the Troganors. The creature is being held prisoner by the Lupas and Julie and the others believe if they can free the Tempest they will be able to defeat the Lupas once and for all.
