The vacuum cut out is triggered too soon. Leaving only about a 80% air removal. I bought mine specifically for sous vide, and it's really not good enough for that, I can do a better job with just the immersion technique. Unfortunately I don't use it frequently enough to realise it was sub par within a reasonable return time.

Seals perfectly when you place the bag in correctly. Great buy. Perfect for sous vide and freezing.
