I'd probably give it 4.5 stars really. Battery life is true to the description. It's very lightweight and easy to maneuver. Eco mode isn't very powerful so more suitable to hard floors or a quick vacuum on that option. Love that you don't have to hold the button down to keep it on. Only con is the dust collecting part is very small so needs emptying often.

Spent quite a bit of time looking for a vacuum cleaner. Decided to get the MX11. (We don't own any pets and live in a townhouse). Delivered within 24hrs to DUD Pros:

• build quality is great
• touch display to control power and battery
• lightweight
• sturdy and solid
• good performance
• good on carpet and hard floor
• easy to clean
• good for a quick clean for a small/medium house

Cons:

• may not be suitable for a larger home
• can be difficult to manoeuvre around at first
• needs to be emptied often

Compared to its high end competitor, I’d say this comes really close to the same thing. Easy to operate and light weight. Battery lasts long (on low) as well.

This is surprisingly good as I wasn’t sure what to expect. It’s lightweight, easy to use and I like the display that shows you how much battery power is left.

I ordered this for my mum, she wanted something light and eazy to clean. I was pleased that she was able to use it at ez. 3 sets of suction power which is really good but it uses the battery up so she uses it on 2. Very good for the money.

Works really well, does well with hair and dust from our woodburner, doesn't quite do a full 3 bed house on 1 battery, so I would advise investing in a spare, great vacuum for the price!

Mighty Ape gave me a price match so I'm very happy with the price. Pleased I also brought the docking stand. I found it useless on normal speed (low suction) but brilliant on turbo. Love that it has a floor light, no need to keep finger on trigger and how light it is. Trash gets stuck around the filter when emptying the bin because it's so small. We brought it for kitchen/lounge quickies so it's suitable for that job.

No a bad vacuum cleaner, good for a quick tidy up, but does not do well on cat fur, also recommend you get an extra filter (not sure if Mightyape sells them) but would make it easier to have a spare for cleaning

Got this for quick daily tidy ups and a bigger full size vacuum for full cleaning days. Got to say I expected more suction for a $250 product. The product itself looks nice and has good features but at the end of the day its a vacuum that hardly sucks, not impressed.

Had this product for a few months and can say the suction is very weak, although, seems to pick up a lot of dust/hair with the motorised head. Overall, happy with product when you need to do a quick vacuum.

A bit flimsy the bottom piece. Other than that so far so good! Picks up pretty decent on hard floor surfaces to which was a bonus. Battery lasts ages. Does a great job! Would buy again.

I bought this vacuum cleaner awhile ago and I use it from time to time when I don’t feel like manoeuvring my heavy one around. It generally works quite good however it has a major design flaw, hair gets caught in the rotating brush and you have to manually unscrew the whole bottom of it to get all the hair out. I noticed it wasn’t rotating and the red light that meant something was caught in the brush was flashing, it looked and I couldn’t see anything. Then I noticed hair where the brush joined to the main unit, I couldn’t get the hair out so I had to unscrew the whole bottom part and I found lots of hair stuck around the end of the rotating piece. All the hair that had got stuck in there from when I first started using it was in there. Other than this it works perfectly, I guess it might be ok if you are bald or have really short hair that can’t get stuck in it.

Worked well for a month then I noticed the light wasnt working, cleaned many times still wont suck, it just has issues now im looking for a too brand one! Waste time 🙄

Is it as good as Dyson, I'd say on par bit way cheaper. Is it as good as a plug in 3000w vacuum, probably not but it's still good for most jobs. I can zip round the house more frequently because I pick it off the charger and I'm done in 15mins and because it's small and light you find yourself using it more often. I'm happy with it so far.

Is ideal if your after something lightweight but after using it for 6 months is has become very week (even on highest setting) after going through troubleshooting in manual. Thankfully mighty ape return was easy have since purchased a similar priced dyson stick vacuum and it picked up a large amount of dust (day after using mx11)

Battery lasts 20 minutes like it says. Has changeable power modes. Easy to use, comes with accessories like the fridge tool and the brush tool. Brought an extra battery, very happy with this purchase. Good value

I wouldnt reccomend this stick vaccum. I got it to do quick cleans of the house but it has terrible suction and my floors never look clean after using. Kind of just pushes stuff around and not pick it up.

After being used a couple of times each week on a 2 bedroom house the battery isn’t charging properly and only lasts around 5 mins.

The motor head burnt out due to hair going around it within 3 months of purchase. It got replaced

Battery is fairly good, suction on full is good. It has a small hand grip so after turning it on only your bottom 3 fingers can grip the handle, the little plastic tab under the trigger broke because of this. It has a rubber flap on the hole into the canister, this blocks up easily, I notice competitors don't have this flap, considering chopping it off, seems pointless unless your sucking up bugs etc and don't want them escaping.
