Seems a little bit transparent. Maybe layering it would work better. Haven't really tested it, but I know that works well with some of the others.

Get it. You NEED it in your painting arsenal. This is THE only white ink you will ever need. It is so bright you will blind pilots with it so just use it on your minis. It is perfect for plasma coils, glowing runes and the base for fluoro paints. I reckon this will last me a decade or more too its such amazing value for money.
Great for doing a zenithal prime with a cheapo airbrush when painting gaming miniatures and models. Works wonders under contrast paints or similar
I knocked off 2 years backlog of miniatures in a month with 3 bottles of this stuff. Have to be sure to keep water out the line but that's a machine issue not ink failing. 100% would recommend
