This is the best remote you can get if you need to control more than 1 device.

If you are looking for a universal remote to replace all your individual remotes including Mysky than I highly recommend this one . Very easy to set up and use.

Have been thinking on one of these for ages as my receiver remote has been slowly getting worse. Glad I made the jump – super easy to set up and even easier to use! The wife is even happier – so simple.

It's a good all in one remote and easy to set up. The only problem is with Foxtel you have to press the buttons twice to do anything. Everything else it is alright with. Worth it

Works well, but takes a bit of time to set up and you have to plug it into PC to do so. Also, setting the functions can be fiddly and take multiple attempts at plugging in, setting up on PC, testing and then re-doing it. Overall a good universal remote for the price. Love the screen too – easy to see at night.

Works ok as a remote for indivual devices but struggles to carry out activities across multiple devices. I found that if devices had been used independently then an activity selected the remote would not work and you would have to correct it with the help function. Struggled with my marantz amp and multi speaker function. I had emails but was unable to talk to Logitech tech help as it appears there are now no contact numbers from NZ

Got this to replace an ancient Harmony 525 that lasted longer than any of the kit it was originally bought for :) The 650 is a straight up boss replacement – better screen, better key layout, better feel, better size.

Knocked off a star here because the software is a bit painful to get going the first time (lots of password issues with the old software and new – needed to install the old software again for the 525 to fix it), which might not be an issue for you if you've never used Harmony software before.

Shame they've just EOL'd these – great remotes.

The product is simple and easy to use, I find it so useful and I bought it.

With a bit of extra work I could also add particular directions helpful to me – for instance change the volume buttons in each case to directly work on the sound bar, whether TV, DVD or set top box were chosen. Had to record using the infrared buttons, when it would be so much easier if the software allowed you just to swap some over… Otherwise would have 5 stars.
