"Great so far"

I have only had the mouse for a few weeks, but already I feel much less tension in my right forearm and wrist. I spend a lot of my week doing PowerPoint for lectures and editing word documents and this has helped a lot. I like the extra buttons which are programmable with Logitech software; I've got page zoom, macOS mission control and window selection bound. Not cheap, but can you put a price on a comfy wrist- Apparently yes, nearly $200! :D But I'd buy it again if this one broke or was lost.

"Good but takes a bit of getting use to..."

This is a very good logitech device. Easy to set up and very effective. It is a different way of controlling but you soon get adjusted to it.

"Fantastic once you're used to it!"

So this mouse undoubtedly does look bizarre. But it makes a lot of sense, and it really is comfortable once you get the hang of it! When you first start using it, the position of your hand will instantly feel very comfortable, but re-learning how to use a mouse with your hand at this angle will take a small amount of time to adjust to. Imagine holding the handle of a coffee mug as it sits on a table. That's basically the angle your hand and arm sits at, albeit with your fingers resting in a different position. Personally I got used to it after only a few minutes, but I know not everyone will have the same experience.

It has two switchable sensitivity modes. By default it's on the high sensitivity setting, which means your hand has to move far less than you would expect, further easing tension and strain over time if you can get used to it. But if that isn't to your liking, it's easy to switch it to a more “normal” sensitivity level by just hitting that big silver button on the top.

If you use a computer for long periods of time in one sitting, I highly recommend this mouse. It won't cut the mustard for competitive gaming applications, but there are plenty of other mice out there that fulfill that purpose much better. Aside from that it's fantastic for anything else! I'd say particularly for those who do CAD or graphic design work or anything else that requires heavy mouse usage for long periods of time, this is a must-have. Good quality construction and materials too, feels very high-end, as you'd expect from Logitech. Highly recommended!

"Made for large-sized hands"

I find my average 33yr old lady hands feel like they're sliding off the back of the mouse. Perhaps its a matter of getting used to. Though I feel this is another man-sized piece of technology just not ideal for ladies or youths. Time may tell.
