Bishop Simpson announced the transfer of James Kendall from the Ohio Conference to the Cincinnati Conference, and his name was placed on the roll of the Conference. A motion was made and carried, by a count vote of thirty-eight to thirty, adding a laymen from each district on Sabbath observance.
