She has developed and implemented Connetquot School District's Gifted and Talented Program for grade levels 4, 5, and 6. Dr. Howe received her doctorate from Hofstra University in 1996. Judith Edelstein is coauthor of In the News: A Unit for Investigating Newspapers, Money Matters: How to Become a Smart Consumer, and Understanding Advertising.
