Description

What best expresses Japan s landscape and culture: the pretty pink petals of a cherry blossom, the harmony of a Zen garden, the antique wooden torii gateways marking the entrance to shrines, the elaborately made-up geishas or kabuki actors, or a raku pottery tea service? The answer is, all of this and much more. From breathtaking mountains and lakes to charming statues and elaborate origami, 365 Days of Inspiration from Japan presents the country s unique nature, architecture, traditional costumes, and people in a series of extraordinary images, all accompanied by thoughtful quotations.
