First time I've used one of these Diffuser's and it's very helpful when you have the flu, and you'll have a good night's sleep for sure. I highly recommend.

Bought one last summer and it was great and looked pretty stylish. Plugged it in again for this summer and it’s not working – the motor thing is still running but no actual vapour comes out.

Initially had some issues, but customer support sorted it out asap!

Doesn't work 99% of the time. Total waste of money. It works then stops… Then works again. The central point where the vibration happens is a little plastic post that's clipped into the base inside the water and sometimes it squirts water but then the unit itself turns off every 6 seconds so you have to put your hands in the water to fiddle with the nozzle to try and make it keep squirting before the unit turns off so then your hand's smell of the oil and it is really very frustrating that it doesn't work the majority of the time. Honestly don't waste your money on this. It's a very poor design and what makes it even more disappointing is it was a birthday present.

I had a diffuser before that really made a fine mist that was climbing up in the air and spreading. This one doesn't, the mist it produces is too much so it climbs up for a few cm and then falls. The oil isn't diffused in the air, it's spread around the diffuser, on the surface it is on. I gave it away.

Ultra quiet? I must be sound sensitive because this is far from Ultra quiet lol I hear it hum/buzz every time I'm in the same room as it (maybe I'm sound sensitive 🤷‍♀️). Worked well for the first month or 2 then all of a sudden started turning itsself of basically as soon as you turned it on. Worked great with a higher voltage plug but my partner said it could stuff it completely if I use it to long. Otherwise I guess I was happy with it
