As an owner of both this and an original 3DS XL (gifted after purchasing this), I'd highly recommend it to someone considering a 3DS system. Thanks to the face tracking, I'm able to leave the 3D on all the time without being forced to hold the system still, and the extra ram makes games that previously experienced slowdown run smooth. 11/10

This is absolutely the best 3DS on the market in comparison to the old 3DS systems, the 2DS and the normal size ‘new’ 3DS. With the improved 3D element, increased power, brilliant screen real-estate of the XL, and the additional c-stick, why wouldn't you buy this-

Ordered the new 3ds and it is almost here but the service on their end was superb, always answered my (many) questions with lightning swiftness and made everything about importing this from New Zealand to the UK clear.

Bought this as an upgrade from my Nintendo DS Lite. Was a bit worried the size would be a bit much, but it's perfect! Fits nicely in your hands, and is comfortable for long sessions. All the buttons are easily accessible and they feel nice to press. The screen size is amazing, and the 3D function works super duper well, especially with the new head tracking stuff. If you don't already own something from the 3DS family, the New 3DS is definitely the way to go!

Great fun, 3D is awesome.

A fantastic handheld console, but does not come with the actual charger (sold separately) It has an awesome 3D feature and I like that it is backwards compatible with DS games, such as Pokemon Soulsilver. Overall a fantastic handheld that lacks the charger.

For a old school gamer like myself this is a treat. Not only are the modern games fantastic with that good old school Nintendo charm but the virtual console allows me to delve back into nostalgia territory and relive my childhood favorites. If you're keen for good fun and a trip down memory lane then this is for you.
