New Zealand's Hottest Home Baker reviews

This would be one of the better baking books I have bought lately. The recipes are written in black on a white background which makes for very easy reading. There is also a fabulous recipe on virtually every page which equates to great value!

Unfortunately, pictures of baked goods did not always correlate to the recipes printed, and recipes have been modified for the book which defeats the purpose of having a book based on the series.

The book is good, but I expected it to have the recipes that were made by the two Master Bakers…so found that a little disappointing.

It would be better if all the recipe has pictures… ;-)

An excellent book with a wide variety of recipes to suit an average baker. One of my better buys as down to earth recipes. Well recommended..

Just like the series. Yum.

The recipes in this book are delicious and i have attempted some but only wish there was a picture per recipe so can get an idea of how it should look like at the end. Some of the methods seem paraphrased and shortned and makes me wonder if they have omitted to mention those steps that normal bakers would be aware of but how about those aspiring or wanting to become home bakers?

Great book with all the stunning recipes. Loads of images which we bakers need! Thankfully the book does not let the cat out of the bag as to who has won – before it is aired on tele.
