Working from home I have a fairly comfortable but thinnly padded chair that feels a tad uncomfortable after an hour or so (a shame MightyApe doesn't have facility to include photos in their reviews).
This cushion makes a huge difference in comfort for me, so much so that I bought a second as a spare for the day (hopefully in the far future) when this one eventually need replacing.
Absolutely worthwhile. Quite a decent size (about 60cm wide by 35 deep) and mesh cover allows airflow.

The cushion is firmer than similar products I've used but still good enough.

Way too small for adults and not that comfortable either – probably because it is too small.
Get what you pay for. Bit small for any pc chair
Most chairs are 60 wide and 50 long. Suitable for kids. If they make a bigger one to suit 60 × 50 probably will buy.
As a musculoskeletal medicine/pain specialist, I find these invaluable for many of my patients and have them on all my chairs. Patients love them.
As someone who lives with a chronic illness I spend a lot of time sitting down and over the years I've purchased more than a few of these office chair cushions. As you might expect some were better than others with some being downright disappointing. Not this one that I recently purchased from Mighty Ape though, – it's been really great from the quality of the cover material to the pliability of the memory foam itself. Definitely worth the money I spent.
