Based on many years of practice the author demonstrates how we can use the wisdom in African proverbs in efforts to improve the performance of organizations of all types. Author Biography:

Chiku Malunga is the first and leading Organizational Paremiologist in the world. He holds a doctorate degree in Development Studies from the University of South Africa. He is currently the director of CADECO (Capacity Development Consultants), an organization that promotes African-centered organizational improvement models.
