Author Biography:

LAUREN DANAE TRUMAN, BSN RN, is a Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse who has always enjoyed putting pen to paper during her free time. She graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso at a young age of 21 and went straight to work in the medical field focusing on helping those with cardiac conditions. Wanting to learn about her dad's health has made her love cardiology with a passion.As a Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse, she ventured away from her younger brother and parents to explore life and growth. Lauren moved fromher home town, El Paso, TX, to Philomath, OR. It has given her a new perspective and many experiences. Her love for nursing, and writing continue to flourish.Through poetry, story telling, and cardiology, comes a great love. Love will always be the biggest motivator for her as she views life anatomically, spiritually, and emotionally. Lauren developed a deep love for describing how she sees the world through poetry and emotions. Delicate prayers and dreams from both her parents have inspired her to see the world through a collective eye and grow independently as an individual. She hopes to connect with others that share the same concept, as well.
