As someone who loved the xbox 360 controller, thought the xbox one was even better, loved the elite to bits, I think this is actually the best controller, looking forward to when they add new colours. On a personal note still new enjoy the xbox elite alittle more for 1st person shooters, other then that I would pick this controller for everthing else.

Love the revamped, futuristic design! Haptic feedback & adaptive triggers will provide a proper gaming experience! Feels so good hehe! :D
Once you held one you never going back to its predecessors hehe! A must buy for PS5 users!
The Adaptive Triggers, and drastically improved rumble feature coupled with the slightly heavier construction give it a really premium feel!
The new control has a more substantial feel compared to previous models, and the haptic feedback is really nice, crushing a ball in astro actually felt like I was applying the pressure. And the bounce of the control to the clicking of the underground tracks in Spider-Man pre game was just cool.
Can really feel the music through the haptics. Also good for playing games I guess…
I have been playing PS since the first iteration. I went through multiple machines in the PS3 and PS4 Gen. However I’ve only owned the PS5 for about 6 weeks and the R2 trigger has broken. It has a faulty design mechanic with the spring breaking. I’d advise against throwing away the receipt as you will likely need it for warranty.
Overall a good controller. Let down by the fact that all three of the people I know who got PS5s on release had to have the controller fixed within six months due to the spring going in the R2 DuelSense feature.
Works exceptionally well. Great addition to the PS5
This new one has performed great so far
These controllers are really comfortable and responsive, but having this be the 5th one I’ve gone through the recurring problem of stick drift after only a short amount of use makes me give this 3 stars.
After three years the controller started getting very bad stick drift. I ended up having to replace both controllers (bought one here, other controller came with the ps5 from eb games) pretty much at the same time. I've keep them clean so it's not dirt or dust being the issue.
I did notice that both of the controllers made slight cracking and popping sounds after a couple of mins of being turned off. I suspect that the controller battery expanding when being used and goes back to normal when off is possibly moving and degrading the controller over time.
As someone who have ps 1 and ps 2 controllers that still works to this day, i'm not happy at all that these modern day expensive controllers become unusable at 3 years. Waste of money and more waste harming the environment. Playstation needs to do better. I really hope the new ones I got have been improved and will last much longer this time.
I like the updated technology in the dualsense controller but I find the white one is really good at attracting dirt that is hard to get off I would honestly recommend getting a darker colour.
Works perfectly out of box definitely recommend
So quick, so efficient. Thanks team
Brought for a friend who plays destiny and apex on PC her message "Smooth mate so much better then the PS4 controller little app that needed to be installed easy to follow but works amazing on pc m🥰😎
I didn't buy it here but I just wanted to mention that I've shown the cool adaptive triggers off to a bunch of people and literally every single one of them have loved the feature so much, I've never heard anyone say they dislike it and it's literally the coolest thing to happen to controllers since joysticks. Everything about this controller is amazing, I'm still wowed by the new rumble constantly and I can't get enough of games that do cool things with the triggers, it's a huge selling point in my opinion and a huge reason why PS5 had to be my first next gen console
Great to have a second Dual Sense and at an awesome price
Always love shopping in Mightyape!
Sony managed to expand and enhance on the already perfect PS4 controller with the Dualsense. It feels slightly bigger and has good weight. The only downside thus far is that after just a month of gaming, the textured white grip has worn away very easily at the back, which is disappointing but not a deal breaker in terms of the functionality of the controller. Time will tell if they have the same endurance as the previous generation though.
