Beth Lord is a Writer, Entrepreneur, Speaker, Brain Coach, Occupational Therapist, Feldenkrais Practitioner and Body Talk Practitioner, She was in sales as a Corporate Pharmaceutical Salesperson for over a decade. She has birthed and raised children, taken care of pets, navigated the transitions, joys and losses of marriage, divorce, remarriage and other life's happenings. When she walked The Camino from France to Spain in the fall of 2013, she broke through the fragmentation of her own illusions about life and found the whole of who she is. She found a truth she had been looking for all of her life in loving and listening to her Write Heart Memory (TM).
