This was a very enjoyable adaptation of the Poldark book. Recommend viewing as it is a triumph over adversity type movie, period style yet not fussy. Realistic portrayal of the time, life, costumes and scenery.

I saw the programs on TV and … omg … very good series!!! Aiden Turner = heartbreaker! Excellent historical romance and adventure! Characters portrayed very well by the author and actors – even my mum loves it!!!!
