Purchased on Mighty Ape

This book is great for someone just diagnosed with COPD or their family. It describes the disease clearly and gives advice about diet, exercise and how to avoid problems. My only complaint is that the diagrams need a bit more explanation. Overall, good informative book.

Description

The diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) can be devastating. It's important to note, though, that while COPD is debilitating, it is not a death sentence.
