Anthony Chiva is Head of Education and Training at the Pre-Retirement Association of Great Britain and Nothern Ireland and Staff Tutor in the School of Educational Studies, University of Surrey. David Stears is Director of the Centre for Health Education and Research and Principal Lecturer in Health Promotion at Canterbury Christ Church University College, Kent.
