Great sound. Surprisingly survived a cycle in the washing machine.

Came in the nick of time for my daughter's birthday. She says the product is excellent.
Although the sound quality is good and the features that allow for quick and seamless pairing are great it has some glaring short comings. Firstly they do not stay in my ears well and would fall out quite often with out me consistently pushing them back in.
Quality and comfort are guaranteed
Have used these earbuds for hours on end, on calls the sound quality is good, decent, but after repetitive use wearing them becomes almost unbearable. I like the design, but the shape is maybe too big for my ears. I don't know, I'll buy a different pair. Keep these in reserve.
Very happy with these. Sound great with decent bass and connects fast to my phone. Only issue is the touch shortcuts can be a pain to use and somtimes doesn't register.
Shocking design, the audio is fine but it falls out of your ears and you'll either damage or lose them
I noticed a previous comment about the headphones not connecting to their pc and yes the connection is pretty awful. I inserted my wifi adapter to the motherboard though and the connection runs fine and doesnt disconnect. For those who are looking at purchasing in the future :)
I am a razer fan boy but tbh don't waste your money with these. I'm in a hospital bed, computer next to me and still can't handle the distance.. My rig is a very recent 7.5k build and these could not handle each other's distance.. Junk and now having a super hard time trying to get a refund on mighty ape for them :( so don't bother
I am a Razer fan so bought these two times. One of the earpieces will stop working within a month or so and maybe both soon. Razer needs to work on these earphones or at least stop selling them.
Good enough when you're on a budget, although better choices out there if you don't mind the latency. Huge issue with the right ear not staying, a friend of mine has the exact same issue as well. Software is pretty iffy also on Android.
Haven't tried it with a smart device, but with PC it's not what I was hoping for. Sound quality is choppy sometimes, mic sometimes sound muffled, buttons are not customisable without the mobile app and more fiddly in settings for each new program/game I use it with compared to my old logitech wireless headset that usually just works seamlessly.
Thumbs up
At 1st was skeptical about these being aftermarket, and I didn't like fit from the other brands out there with in ears, I love apple but having Samsung work phone needed ear buds, so bit the bullet and got the razors, have to say from a apple ear bud lover these are better, even though alot cheaper, the fit awesome, great sound quick connections use on any B/tooth no sweat. Only thing razor app doesn't like connecting with Android, so dont need the app. Other wise high recommended and A++
