Razer Kraken Kitty Ears Chroma USB Headset (Quartz) reviews

At first, this headset was pretty outstanding. But then within not even 3 months of use, it started to cut audio and mic connects meaning no one would hear me and I couldn't hear anything. The lights don't even work sometimes! I have to unplug and plug it back in every minute, I'm NOT exaggerating. Better yet, sometimes the headset doesnt even appear as connected to my other laptops and consoles not matter how many scans and unplugs I do! Plus; mic quality is not even good and your honestly just paying for the name of the brand.

I am not happy with this product. At all.

These headphones are awesome! The sound quality is great, the mic quality is impressive, they're super comfortable (and fit my small head!), have awesome theatrics (RGB) and are all round worth the money. If you have that extra bit of money for headphones, I highly recommend splurging on these. (+ if you're not wearing them they look gorgeous on a headset stand with the RGBS!! BONUS!)

Comfy and easy to use

This is my first headset I’ve ever purchased. The sound quality is good and the mic works well. Razer synapse is a bit confusing to me, but that’s something I can learn. So far so good! And not to mention the kitty ears are so darn cute!

Now I cant seem to not buying these headphones..... I love them for streaming as they add to my streaming Theme. But I now have bought 3 pairs in the last 2 years… The cord gets tangled so much and ive tried all different ways to take care of them, especially the last 2 pairs. After 6 months to a year you'll start to notice that it'll be sensitive to how loud the audio is… ( Ive tried keeping the audio low and it still happens) when a song or video audio gets high it would cut the audio and then make a popping noise. When im Streaming on Twitch. This would make an unpleasant sound through OBS streaming software that my viewers have noticed. This has happened to ALL 3 of the same headset that ive bought in the last 2 years. Once they have been used for at least 6 months to a year. If there was Any pink kitty headset that is anywhere as viusally appealing as the Razer Model I would by that instead, but Razers Kitty headset is the Most Visual Appealing and comfortable Kitty headset that you could find of the market these days and it sucks that this faulty is in every headset ive bought.

Amazing sound quality however since purchase these have disconnected/re­connected for no reason when gaming. Issue was very intermittent at first however it's doing it every minute in game now and they're making the game unplayable, the disconnection/re­connection causes game lag (on top of not being able to hear). Have found many people with similar issues online. Have fully uninstalled the software as per the Razer website and reinstalled, issue persists. Less than a year after purchase I now need to find a new pair. Issue seems to pertain to the software rather than the hardware, it's almost like they overload.

After not even 5 months of owning these, they are starting to randomly disconnect from my pc. Very bad, don't recommend it.

The headset stopped working three months in to me owing them. I tried to sign up when I purchased them to the razor warranty however it kept saying it expired which means that the headphones were unable to be registered. Honestly not happy and wouldn’t recommend buying any headsets from mightyape

I’m absolutely in love with this headset, not only is it a cute headset but the features it brings. The comfort & durability is immaculate, the lighting is stream reactive (not to mention customisable), noise cancelling & cooling gel in the ear cups. You can mute yourself at the click of a button or speak too. It’s extremely lightweight, for how bulky it looks.

It’s perfect for the misso or that little sister you have, they’ll love them!!!

It’s overall the best headset & worth the price, you won’t regret it.

Sound cancelling is on point! Looks super cute and is pretty comfy and not as heavy as I thought it’d be. One thing though, the head band is kinda loose- I dunno when I look down the whole headset can almost fall straight off my head. But other then that the sound quality design and weight is great :) just a bit loose is all (and I have a pretty big head)

I am super in love with this headset. Mayb a little too big but other than that I love it, the colour, u can change the led lights to what colour u like
