This headset really is a high end quality one, with its awesome sound quality and amazing looks and chroma lights. One thing however I'd say that is bad is the size of the ear cups in particular. I don't know if it's just me but they seem quite small and tend to squeeze your ears a little bit, otherwise I'd rate this headset a 5/5, but a 4/5 is what I'm gonna give it. If you've got the money go ahead and buy one and if you're feeling a like you can spend a bit more, then go for the Astro A50
These are without a doubt the most aesthetically pleasing Razer headphones out to date. Also they're extremely comfortable and have amazing sound quality. However, admittedly being a Razer fanboy, they're not worth the huge price tag. What lets this headset down is the mic which unfortunately is quite typical of Razer headsets. If you use comm software (Discord, Skype etc.) or in-game voice chat a lot, I wouldn't recommend these. If you just want a sick looking headset that's comfy and sounds good while looking beast mode, then go nuts if you have the spare cash.
These are well worth the money, the quality and sound is amazing.
Very happy. However, it doesn't come with a charging cable for the headset… If it did I must have got a dud.
Buy a micro USB charger if your like me and mostly have apple products.
Razer are HOPELESS. My son's Razer ManOWar is only 10 months old and the wireless USB transceiver got damaged. I have been trying for weeks to get a replacement but it is “Out of Stock” online. After about 20 emails the final response from Razer is to go back to the place I bought it from and try and get a replacement under warranty!! Be warned – heaven help you if you need to replace anything – they will NOT help you. I am not wanting a free one – I am only too happy to pay for a replacement but even that's too hard. I have never EVER had such a ridiculous experience as this. Over priced and over exaggerated with useless follow on service. Thanks for nothing Razer – it's now a really expensive piece of plastic rubbish!
Previously I owned a pair of turtle beach which were fantastic but after 4 years feel apart which i totally accept as i am a gamer and wore them a lot. Anyway, the first pair of these broke on both sides shortly after each other. Mighty Ape were great and replaced the headsets quickly and without a problem. The new pair have been totally solid, yes, the sound is excellent but goodness they are so heavy, also the perfectly round closed ear covers are not designed for real ears as the headset is heavy they seem to push down on top of my ears (and my ears are not that big) so over time become very uncomfortable. This headset is not designed for 1+ hours of gaming. So sound wise and wireless connection and software and buttons are all brilliant but comfort totally sucks
