This is the third of my "Recipes from the Southern Heart" series! This one is all about my beautiful middle daughter, Margaret. Although Margaret was quiet and a little shy growing up, she really flew! No really, she did! She was the first in our families to graduate college, she taught, and then she became a stewardess for Pan American airlines! She was in the third graduating class, and she flew the Caribbean and South America. As a result, some of her recipes are from good old St. George, SC, some are from the Caribbean, and some from Europe! The one thing they have in common is that they're all delicious!
