"Everyone, if working, ought to own this book!"
5 stars"

What an outstanding book. I read it thinking it was for people managers and counsellors – but no! It's for everyone! I strongly believe this is an invaluable resource that organisations ought to purchase for each and every one of their employees. The return on investment would be huge.

I came away from reading this with a much better understanding of myself, how I operate and what I need to do to best support myself – how to take accountability for my own wellbeing at work. I loved the hints, tips and “coaching moments” – exercises which helped me to reflect and apply the learning to my personal situation. I know this book is one I'll keep referring to again and again.
