Randy Waters, a stranger in a small town in Kansas, having been uprooted from his life in Los Angeles, to a world outside of the hustle and bustle of the big city, a world he quickly adapts to and immediately falls in love with. When spring comes, he becomes intrigued with the beauty of Kansas. With the Prom and Graduation coming, their lives are all about to change, for the better. But there is a mystery about him; there are phone calls from an older woman no one can figure out. Bob, his immediate best friend in Kansas, finds out quickly about the phone calls, and he alone begins to uncover this mysterious part of their newfound, town hero.
