Author Biography:

The late William Pay was the founder and pastor of Trinity Baptist Church, Burlington, Ontario. He was also Professor of Homiletics and Pastoral Theology at Toronto Baptist Seminary, Toronto and editor of Reformation Canada. Pastor Payne was widely know in Reformed circles as a gifted expositor of Scripture and appeared on many Bible conference programs.
