Catherine Atkinson is a trained Cordon Bleu cook and holds a degree in Home Economics. Catherine currently works as a freelance writer and is a consultant for a number of food and lifestyle magazines. She has contributed to several books, including The World Encyclopedia of Coffee and Pastry. Jenni Fleetwood has compiled and written many cookery books on international cuisines, as well as creating fast yet good, nutritious food, tailored to the hectic family schedule or busy lifestyle. She is a member of both the Society of Authors and the Guild of Food Writers. Some of her other titles published by Lorenz Books include The Dinner Party Cookbook; Wraps, Rolls and Parcels and The Ultimate Book of Main Course Dishes.
