Not really a DIY install unless you conveniently have a 3 pin socket (or USB point) on the other side of the wall where this is installed. Quality looks ok but would have preferred one which didn't require a power point directly on the other side of the wall and holes drilled in the wall etc. Since you can legally replace a fitting yourself would have preferred the option of wires only. It's a 12v unit though so would have needed a transformer. May suit some people but sadly not me.

I have installed many many many cameras in my time. 13 years of cameras and security work and I have never ever seen a camera as TEMPORARY as this.
You can connect to the cameras easily and use them effectively for 48 Hrs before they crap out completely and lock you out. No matter what hard resets on your network and the device you do you will not be able to connect to them again. Following the instructions given for resets isn't accurate either, that's essentially just restarting it with the same settings again and again.
100/10 wouldn't recommend.
The app is so good definitely purchasing more smart home devices. Feel a lot more secure with subscription as well
This would be a great camera if the night vision aspect of it worked properly I have brought 3 of these cameras and all within a week the night vision has stopped working its a shame because it would have been a good camera otherwise
Love very easy to install
Worked well for two days, flood light doesn’t turn on anymore now. Which is unfortunate because I read the reviews and they were poor, but still was willing to get it a chance and it is exactly what others have said. Disappointed but what can you expect when others warn you too.
I have had a number of external PIR floodlights in the past fail due to water ingress in an exposed location. These seem to be very well protected.
