Looked beautiful. Installed and intricately wrapped through a garden arch and a tree. Removing now, especially from the rose and it's thorns threaded through it too garden arch placement would be incredibly difficult and time consuming. Shouldn't have to do that and also return if that requires travel to print off courier ticket which would be and is a major hassle to get replacements sent out or credit on account. Had neither despite request for, which was also time-consuming… Pretty disappointed on both issues, as long-time customer who always gives five stars to all my actually working stuff I purchase. Sigh. They looked so lovely too… Largely thanks to the time I took to put them up and in. Removing them cannot therefore be insisted upon. I'll do when can. Meantime I'll have new ones or my money back please.
