Tommaso Russo and Pietro DeVezza are two gangsters who live in a town dominated by two crime families, the Maerdono and the Strenucci. Russo and DeVezza are good friends who fight side by side for the Strenucci family. Russo is the son of a wealthy lawyer; DeVezza is the son of a butcher. Their friendship will be put to the test. Thomas Roode and Peter Kamphorst are fans of Mafia films and books, and draw inspiration from classics like The Godfather and Goodfellas. This inspiration finds its way into the lyrics, which also gives a certain authenticity. This combined with the knowledge of both on organized crime, provides realistic and yet exciting stories that everyone can enjoy.
